Deskripsi Pekerjaan
B2B & Partnership Development (CORE)
- Identify and approach potential partners: Cafes &
- Restaurants, Corporate gifting clients, Event /Wedding Organizers
- Develop proposals aligned with Butter Hour’s brand and values
- Manage communication from first contact to deal closing
- Maintain long-term relationships (repeat orders & collaborations)
Business Opportunity Mapping
- Research and propose new revenue streams:
- Seasonal collaborations with other brands
- Product bundling for events
- Institutional or specialty retail opportunities
- Evaluate feasibility together with production & marketing teams
Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare clear and thoughtful collaboration proposals
- Communicate pricing and value respectfully and confidently
- Support negotiation process while protecting brand and margin
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with: Marketing team (campaigns & storytelling) and Owner (vision, standards, final decisions)
- Translate creative ideas into executable plans
- Provide feedback from market insights
Reporting & Tracking
- Create reports on current market trends across cafes & restaurants
- Track leads, conversations, and active partnerships
- Provide regular updates on progress and learnings (weekly)
- Maintain organized documentation and follow-ups
Syarat Pekerjaan
Experience & Background
- 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account handling (including internships, freelance, or project-based experience)
- Fresh graduates with strong initiative and communication skills are welcome to apply
- Experience or strong interest in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative brands is a plus
- Familiar with Yogyakarta market and local business ecosystem
